Outbound for fintech firms
Fintech Outbound builds the channel your growth plan left switched off.
Most fintech firms grew through bank partners, integrations, referrals and the conference circuit. That is a network, and it got you here. We build the system that sits beside it: outbound to buyers who have never heard of you, run until it produces pipeline, then handed to your team.
A network is an input you do not control.
A partner bank decides when to mention you. An event organizer decides who walks past your booth. A happy customer refers you when the topic comes up over lunch. Every one of those is real revenue, and none of them runs on your schedule.
That is why pipeline in so many fintech firms looks like weather. A strong quarter follows a good conference. A slow one follows a partner who changed priorities. The forecast is honest, but it is describing other people's decisions.
A system is different. You choose who hears from you, what they hear and when.
The wiring diagram
Four inputs reach a cold buyer. Most firms wire one.
There are four ways to reach a buyer who does not know you yet: outbound, content, referrals and paid. When we map a fintech firm, referrals are usually live and the rest read zero. The idle ones are where growth stalls.
Referrals
The network. Valuable, slow, and steered by somebody else.
Outbound
Direct, researched contact with the people who own the problem you solve.
Content
Answers to the questions a buyer asks before they ever talk to sales.
Paid
Reach you rent, worth more once the other inputs carry a message.
How the channel is built
We start with outbound, because it is the input you can aim.
Read the current state
We map the channels you run, the ones that sit idle and where an engine would fit. Before anything goes live we agree a baseline with you, so progress is measured against your own starting point.
Specify the buyer
In fintech the person who signs is often a risk owner, a head of operations or a compliance lead. Each one reads a pitch through a different filter. We define who matters, why they should care and what would make a first reply easy.
Run it with a human on every message
Each message is researched and written for one real person, then read by a member of our team before it goes out. We contact people who have a genuine reason to hear from you.
Hand over the whole machine
Once the channel produces pipeline, it becomes yours: the playbook, the data, the sequences and the people trained to run them. You are not renting us forever.
Around the core
Outbound works harder when the buyer can check you.
A good message sends a careful buyer looking. They search your name, read your site and, more and more, ask an AI assistant for a shortlist. If what they find is thin, the reply never comes.
So we build a layer of authority around the channel where it is missing: press coverage, short video, a site that answers the questions buyers actually ask, and search work so your firm shows up when an assistant is asked who does what you do.
House rules
What we will not do.
Spray and pray
We do not buy a list and blast it. Contact is earned by research and limited to people with a reason to listen.
Hold the keys
We do not build anything you cannot run without us. Ownership moves to you by design.
Ask for your buyer map.
A short, written read of your firm: which channels run, which sit idle and where an outbound engine would fit. We write it for you and send it back. No pitch deck, no obligation.
